Let’s Talk about it

First, we will take a look at the search engine result which are about art therapy and see what was included. I will then in my own words give my opinion on what each point covered and how it can be applied at home without a professional. Please note, there is a difference between art therapy and therapeutic art. Art therapy is done with a therapist to help guide you in finding the meaning and helping in becoming self-aware through the art you create. I will cover all eight over the next few weeks.
